Even though I’m an African-American and I’m proud to be, my consciousness supersedes my color.  I had to try to love myself.  That’s what it really comes down to.  I had to deal with that challenge to love myself deeper.  I went through a change in my living style, my eating process, and had great support from my wife Lakiha.  ~Mike Tyson
